Shakan and Spirit Protector II

The Aboriginal tribes in Siberia practised Shamanism. The costume of a shaman would bear ornaments reflecting the nature of his Spirit Protector, in this case a bird. A Spirit Protector was a bit like our concept of a guardian angel, except it is wider, it encompasses animals as well.
