This page is going to provide a forum for a channelling partnership between Judith Bogner and Imelda Almqvist.
Judith Bogner, who is a yoga master, will focus on verbal channelling, assisted by Imelda. Imelda has been channelling through her paintings for some time but will now focus on bringing greater awareness to this, assisted by Judith.
Both Judith and Imelda are about to start training as shamanic practitioners with the Sacred Trust here in the UK.

Channelling, A Definition
Channelling is a form of communication with spirits. It is a human being allowing a spirit guide or spirit teacher to speak through them so the teachings and wisdom of the spirit world can be accessed by a wider audience in this world. Both Judith and Imelda have come to this phenemenon by walking the 'Path of the Shaman' and embarking on core training in shamanism.

Enough explanations, let's get to the heart of the matter now!!!
What follows below is 'Judith's Recipe' for inviting a child spirit to be born. (She wrote it down at Imelda's request for someone who recently lost a baby)
AURORA BOREALIS
Inuit people in Greenland used to believe that the aurora borealis represented the souls of stillborn children kicking their umbilical cords
Inviting in a little soul (Judith's step-by-step guide for happy reincarnating)
- thank previously present little souls for their visit and honor them without grieving, understand that what happened was perfect and for the highest good for parents and child
- ENJOY life, PLAY lots, LAUGH lots, BE HAPPY like a child (attracts souls who are eager to incarnate)
-put out the offer to Spirit that you wish to welcome and raise a child for the highest good of its soul IN THE WAY THAT IS RIGHT AND WHEN. TIME IS RIGHT (drop ego-driven reasons and time restraints, they're all illusions)
-let the offer FLY and get on with being happy
- observe your relationship with children (it will change as you embrace playfullness) and embrace their wisdom
- new unusual playmates might come into your life who will help you to practice being in joy (like my cat Jingle who constantly makes me laugh, invites me to play, cuddles and even hugs me with little paws, no joke!)
- expect the unexpected
- BE IN JOY
Imelda would like to add that living with an intense sense of joy and gratitude is a very good attitude to bring to anything one dreams of in life!
